We aim to provide you with a healthy aquarium that you are happy with.

The time it takes to do a service will vary a lot, depending on your setup, existing conditions, and your preferences.
There's no service contract locking you in for eternity. The frequency and duration of our visits is in your control.

First we'll ask you for a brief history of the aquarium.

It helps to know the journey so far, meaning potential problems can be found and treated sooner.

We'll inspect for any issues, including cables and pipework.

Checks will be carried out based on findings, along with some notes/pictures.¹

Water parameters

Filtration equipment will be checked and cleared, media will be serviced as necessary.²

Heaters and lights (including UV if present) will be checked and cleaned up.²

Gravel/substrate will be cleaned as necessary (differs per setup).

Glass/acrylic will be cleaned, along with all equipment and supporting surfaces, inside and out.

Water change as necessary - the equivalent of letting fresh air into the house.

Everything put back as it was found unless agreed otherwise.

Your tank will be revitalised this service, but sometimes there are issues that require patience and iteration to put right.
